Dude, you have to get out there, interact with women, and calibrate. As a rule of thumb, 80% normal, boring, situational verbal conversations AND 20% fun stacks seem to work rather well for me. Going higher than 20% on teases and banters, sexual innuendos, qualifiers and so on is counter-productive.

Your nonverbal communication skill is the most important though compared with what you say.

With day game, it's kind of easier as teh bar is lower. She doesn't have her friends buying her shots, people dancing, other guys hitting on her etc. You can juts be boring and ask interview questions. Every PUA vid is basically ''Hi, I know this is random. You're hot''. Then, ''what are you up too today?''./ Thenm make an assumption about her job or something. Then ask for her number.

But with NIGHT game in pubs (NOT loud clubs(dancefloor non verbal game), but more bars and pubs where people talk) it's much more difficult and I also struggle with what to say after opening.

The only time I can have a fun interaction without the girl getting bored is if I OPEN with a kind of fun routine. That can usually get her to relax enough so that I can then just transition into the kind of conversations every other guy in a bar has with a girl (what's you name, where are you from, what do you do for a job? )

But if I open in a NORMAL way ''Hi, I'm jack. What's up?'' kind of thing, then it's impossible to get the conversation off of the ground as she it still in 'stranger danger mode' and hasn't relaxed yet and so every question just gets a very short answer and then it just fizzles out and I leave.

Okay so summary your points;

These had one big knob to help you find the radio station you want and another small knob to finetune your choice so you'ld get a clearer signal. If you're not familiar with the station numbers, you would turn the knob from the extreme left to the extreme right to get a hang of what's available.

Next, from the right, you go back to the left and then right again to compare the stations. Once you've made your choice, you turn the finetuning knob to get the clearest signal. That's how you calibrate.

Try everything. Choose one which gave you the best result. And then finetune that choice of yours until you mastered it. The best result could just be a smile from the girl, a touch on your arm or an instadate depending on your skill level. Eventually, as you master and progress through the most basic human courtship patterns, you'll get laid.

If you're not making any mistakes, then you're not approaching and calibrating well enough.
