you don't need to pin point anything. just say as he wrote "Well I'm me and I'm unique, you will never meet anyone like me" and you can also throw in "I mean Just look at that smile. doesnt get any better then that"

Key is being confident/cocky but at the same time being funny. make her smile and it's also good if she doesn't know if you are serious or just kidding.

From what you posted it seems like she is asking and has a genuine interest in your life. I don't know about you, but I feel that that is an action that should be rewarded. The reward? Answering her question genuinely and honestly. If a girl asked me that I would probably say something like.

Me: That's an interesting question. What makes me different? hmm, I think I am one of few guys who don't try to prove themself to anyone. I am confident in myself no matter what happens to me, and I am probably one of the most honest guys you will ever meet. I guess I'm not always all these things, but I'm totally aware of that and even comfortable with it. I am comfortable even with my faults.

anutharound is right, she is giving you an IOI here. you can state the obvious and say that no other guy is talking to her and that is what makes you different, make sure you do a takeaway though right after. or you could make a joke and point out a scar that you have. that makes you different. or you could say both. i'd do the second one first if i were to say both.

I guess it depends on when it is asked. We want women to get used to jumping through our hoops, and not so much the other way around. We need women to qualify themselves to US, since we are the prize. We will not be qualifying ourselves to them, which is AFC and likely boring. When she asks you a serious question, and you give her a serious answer, you've just jumped through her hoop.. She is stealing your frame..

I can't really agree with this. The reason you originally ask the question is to get her to qualify herself. If you start to qualify yourself, you end up looking like every other AFC that is trying to buy her a drink. By saying "I don't try and prove myself...." you are trying to prove yourself.
