Basically, I'm having this issue with lowering the self-esteem of girls that think they're the sh*t, think they're the most beautiful, you know which type o'girls I'm talking about. I tell them "You're cute when...", they reply "I'm cute all the time / beautiful all the time" and things like this.

I know I have to neg the sh*t out of them, lower their self esteem, show lack of interest, but I'm having troubles doing this. I really need some routines, advices, whatever. So please, help a fellow wannabe PUA out.

You should really be asking yourself, who are the guys fucking these girls? Ask yourself is negging, and lowering a woman's self esteem really necessary, or is it just a way for you to make up for the weaknesses in your life, game and personality.
