| Really my man, approaching women at the gym is kind of different from approaching
women at a bar, because it's a place where people come to work out, not necessarily
to meet someone...
BUT, It's not THAT different.
The main difference is that in the gym, you don't have to do your "do or die" move
when you approach her, meaning "I either get her number today or I will never see
her again! Spartaaaa!! "
When approaching at a gym, follow these guidelines:
1. Remove the pressure
First, don't pressure yourself that your approach HAS to work. Remove all
pressure from yourself and the conversation. If the girl is hot, that's awesome.
Your pressure isn't going to help you get her.
Chill out, take it as it comes. If the approach works, that's great, if not - fuck it.
2. Say something CASUAL
Instead of the usual "Hey I saw you from over there and thought you look really cute"
say something more casual, like, "Had a good workout today?"
or even, "Leg day?"
Right?
Something casual, something by-the-way, something as-a-matter-of-fact
And then
3. Make the conversation
When she responds, just slowly continue the conversation. You can change the topic
with "So what else do you do besides working out? Do you work or go to school?"
And keep it going...
> Don't think about asking her out.
> Don't put pressure on yourself to get her number.
> Get out of your head and quit objectifying her, and see her as a real person.
Be more like a casual acquaintance, or a gym buddy.
Later you can ask her out, or for coffee. Don't go for the kill immediately.
