There's an awesome product by Igor Ledochowski called The power of self-hypnosis.

It teaches you to hypnotize yourself and implant whatever suggestion you like.

Hi,

I would recommend you guys to read book on "What to say when you talk to yourself" - Shad Helmstetter.

The whole process of the Shad is pretty much like the NLP hypnotic programming (listening to audio tape), but is conscious. One element which in my opinion make difference in life. When we face some kind of situation in life we consciously or unconsciously evaluate the whole experience. After we evaluate what that situation mean we start talking to ourself and create a state of mind. Whenever we face shitty experience in most cases we are in negative state of mind. So when we catch ourself in state of fear, rejection, etc. instead of going listening to audio tape to feel better about ourself, we can consciously "affirm" ourself and create desirable state. When we have this power consciously we can use it whenever we want.

Peace :D

The 21 day thing is based on some research that claimed that it took at least three weeks to install a new habit or "habit trance". This research is not in any way absolute fact.

Your mind hears you voice all the time. Technically speaking, it hears your voice in a slightly different way to how other people hear your voice. Yes, speaking to yourself can have a hypnotic effect but there's nothing to suggest that your voice would have more power than another person's voice.

If you don't like a hypnotist's voice then that can cause some problems. So listen to samples of a product where and when you can.

No audio product knows an individual person so it's always best to see a professional hypnotist (always check out their training and the work they do so you can be sure they are right for you) to work on your issues.

That said, hypnosis/NLP recordings can and do have a lot of power.

But your mind is in charge of how deep you go and what's best for you. Not the hypnotist or the recording.

Yes, my mate Glenn doesn't really use NLP that much. But he is one heck of an experienced and qualified hypnotist and other hypnotists go to him for advice so he's one to check out, There's no requirement for NLP to be involved at all. It's about what works best for you.

Paul McKenna only really uses NLP because his mentor Richard Bandler is one of the co-creators of NLP. But hypnosis stands as its own thing next to NLP and, whilst the two can compliment one another, you can have one without the other and still get results.

On his most latest release in the UK, Paul McKenna also utilised the Big Mind thing that Genpo Roshi (he is no longer called this having dis-robed as a Zen Buddhist priest for various reasons) created.

There is a lot of controversy about BIG MIND and it use but I found experiencing it whilst in a hypnotic trance to be fun and enlightening. I can't speak for what others would experience but I Can Make You Happy (daft title but good book) is worth getting.

Joseph Clough, Adam Eason, Adam Sargant, Stephen Gilligan (one of the students who were around Bandler and Grinder at the beginning of NLP and a man who studied under Milton Erickson in terms of hypnosis) and Igor Ledochowski produce great recordings too.

Robin Manuell doesn't really do that many products himself but he does turn up on interviews and in one of Igor's hypnosis master class recordings. One of the best recordings to check out if you want to look at indirect hypnosis and hypnotic storytelling.
