All the quit smoking companies like Nicorette and NiQuitine who make e-cigs and patches WANT you to keep on smoking because they are only able to make profit from people who are "trying" to quit or rebounding from cigarettes to patches like a yo-yo. This is why they put nicotine in their products, so that the moment you stop, you will crave either a patch or a cigarette and KERCHING! more money for them. If everyone quit smoking, they would all lose their jobs. Think about it.
The only way to quit is completely cold turkey. No cutting down, no nicotine, no weak bitch gimmicks designed to rip you off. I smoked 20 Marlboro reds a day. Last day I smoked in 2005, I smoked 20 as normal the day I finished reading the book. The next day, I smoked ZERO and never touched a cigarette since. Don't be a bitch. Man up and quit without the expensive gimmicks and save your cash towards building that attractive lifestyle.
thank you, for me this is the best advice iv read so far, been using an e-cig for weeks, it runs out of battery... i pinch a fag off someone, i leave it at home... i pinch a fag off someone... it gives me a weird sore throat... i stop using it and pinch a fag off some one (notice a pattern here?) i smoke an awful amount of cigarets for a "non smoker" and its pissing me off!
the plan is as of now don't smoke! stop putting cigarets in my mouth and setting them on fire.
also DeepBluesy is that 7 day thing like a medical fact? evan if not thats given me confidence!
