Yo guys. I had big problems with confidence before. After this program im about to give you should not feel down around people. Instead you will feel like everything you do is alright and that you deserve the best. You will simply do what the hell you like.
1. Change your negative thoughts
Do this step if you feel your unworthy. If not proceed to next.
Lay down in bed, relax. Start thinking about the bad feelings you have about yourself around people. Usually you will start fantazising limiting belifes.
Example:
1. You have to do something special to be loved (be a bodybuilder or a rockstar)
2. People like you only if they can use you first. If you help them.
Change of thoughts:
1. Now when these thoughts come up, corresponding feelings will also come up.
2. Become conscious of this mental state
3. Now change the thought.
4. Think about somethig that feels very real. Imagine the details. Of how you are loved by some person for no reason at all. Just because you are yourself.
5. If you do this right you will feel like a new program has taken place in your mind, and you will have a different emotion. This time POSITIVE instead of negative. And normally you will feel very happy and excited to start living like this.
2. If you feel you are loveable and good, but still you are insecure around people do this. If not, proceed to next step.
This is a pure NLP method like the one before.
1. Lay down in bed, relax. Put on headphones and listen to some music you like.
2. Imagine you are among a crowd where you usually feel insecure.
3. See and feel the emotions you usually have and what you usually do in this situation.
4. Usaully you are engaging in a bad behaviour (your simply being a pussy)
5. When you see this, SNAP! Revolt! Imagine you are a rebel and you do what you like. You own the place!
6. If you do this right you are supposed to evoke feelings of freedom and independence and you feel like you want to tear down the place and beat up all the people that has keept you down.
IMPORTANT! The song you are listening to is supposed to be a song with HIGH ENERGY because you are making a shift in your way of thinking. You are supposed to change your thought (step 5) when the chorus starts and you feel the adrenalin rush.
3. Now when your mental state is properly aligned with your desires you can do some practical stuff.
1. Go out in the field and meet people with this attitude. Kill your approach anxiety once and for all.
2. When you meet your friends reveal your new behaviour and make sure to show them you now are a self-confident person that doesnt let any body get in your way.
3. Treat yourself well. Simple things make you feel better:

4. Physical workout helps to get you in the mood.
5. Do shit everyday that you usually dont do because of fears.
6. Take a walk in the park, enjoy life. This makes you cool. Isn't it what we all wish for in this forum?
