Tell me if there's someone who doesn't want to look good.
Guys, girls...the gender doesn't matter in this particular matter.
Fashion is easily adaptable, and so is hairstyle.
Those 2 topics had been talked a lot on forums for fellow PUAs.
Also getting toned is another topic which is talked about a lot.
Yes having good physique is important, and I had experienced it lately after going through a diet/exercise program I made for myself which actually worked.
I hadn't had rebounds so far to regain the weights that I've lost. Not bad not bad.
BUT I want to talk about something totally different!!!
Over the years, a lot of PUAs I've met, and my guy friends (who are mostly natural PUAs without noticing) had a talk about what features attract you the most in opposite sex.
And every time I convince them
What is the most basic thing of looking good is.
It's the skin...
No matter how hot your body is, if your skin is not good, you'd never be considered hot. You'd be the ugly guy with hot body, or the girl would be an ugly chick with body like wow.
Tell me if any of you like the look of a singer/actor/actress with bad facial skin.
It's really hard to find good looking people with zits all over the face right?
Do you take care of your skin? How?
Many cosmetic companies are selling expensive face wash or facial creams that you can use. Yes they have some benefits.
But if you don't take care of your life style, you'd never see drastic changes.
Most important things are;
-Add a little more fruits and vegetables to your diet for all the nutrients
-Sleeping well; your skin recovers the most late nights, so try to sleep latest by 1 am
-Avoid too much potato chips, chocolate or deep fried food
-Do exercise; sweating actually helps to get rid of things which are stuck in the pores of your skin
Find yourself a few kinds of fruits you like and have some lying around your desk or where you see and you'd reach.
Of course supplements also helps but lets admit that our science did not discover all the nutrients/benefit there is in actual fruits/vegetables. (same goes to meat too)
And you thought the term
"Beauty Sleep" was a joke?
Actually based on studies by cosmetic companies, it is said that 10pm to 2am is the period considered as the "Golden Sleeping Hours" for your skin. (Although I am not sure how credible the study is)
More nutrients are delivered to your skin cells during your sleep.
And
there is no UV to damage your skin while you're sleeping
Since we guys don't use cosmetic products like girls, probably we have more effects from UV on our skin too, so have a good sleep every night! (unless you're getting laid! lol)
Unfortunately I love potato chips, chocolate and deep fried food.
Darn those food which are unhealthy but tasting good!
What I want to remind you is
Moderation
Enjoying a little bit is ok but eating too much will cost you later...
As you get older, your basic metabolism goes slower which means if you get used to eating a lot of these food, you'd end up fat in the future.
No need to remind you about all the skin problems you can get from that as well.
Do Exercise!
I can't think of negative effect exercises can have on you.
Good for losing weight and staying fit meaning looking great.
Get rid of the things blocking your pores on the skin surface which allows your skin to breath better.
Women love sportsman.
Doesn't matter whether you're a genius scientist, do exercise!
It increases the male hormones like testosterone which helps your sex life as well!
By the way, I'm almost 28 but even young girls are very jealous with my skin lol
Keeping the good skin keeps you look younger too. They never think I'm more tha 23 haha
