| Firstly, you need to isolate her from her friends. This doesn't mean you have to take her away from the group, but even if you can get her to turn away from the group, you've isolated her.
Then, qualify her. For example: "You know what I like about you? You seem really independent and you don't seem to be ruled by your friends, not many girls are like that." That's a bit cut and dry for an actual conversation, but I'm sure you get the idea. Anyway, she'll most likely agree, and it means later on, she'll be far more inclined to come with you. If she disagrees, which she almost certainly won't do if she's interested in you, I'd say something along the lines of: "Well that's the way you've been acting all night, I've noticed how you act compared to your friends." Obviously the friends will probably get a bit offended by this, so make sure you've isolated her properly before you do this.
Finally, making sure she's at buying temperature, go for the full isolation.
