As a female, I've gotta comment that this is the best guide there is, hands down! Would work for me anyway. Although 1 original date per week is a bit excessive don't you think(once you've been together for a longer period of time...)?
...Now...I wish someone would write a similarly awesome one on "How to keep your boyfriend" u__u (pwetty please, anyone?)
Supple, the best I can do is tell you why it's NOT a good idea for us to write a guide for women.
First, we don't date guys so anything we right would be keyboard-jockeying and not based on real life experience. Sure, I could theorize a method that would work on ME, but I would have no idea how it would work on other guys.
Second, the majority of women are not very good at taking advice, especially from men. Women tend to default to acting in accordance with their emotions.
Third, a lot of guys out there are relationship-impaired. Even if you were the best girlfriend in the world, it still depends on who you're dating because certain types of guys would still find a way to screw it up.
Fourth, I'm pretty sure monogamy is a flawed system for the majority of people. I wrote a whole post about it here, please take a look:

Okay, now that I've laid all that out, here's what I WILL do.. here's a link to my girlfriend's blog. She's a playette and a heart-breaker. She's also a high self-esteem good girl, like you, and she dates guys for very long periods of time. We're currently in an open relationship, going on a year and half. I'm sure if you asked her nicely, then she'd write something on up what works for her (although you may have to sign up on live journal and "friend" her):

Also, here's a really good guide from well known playette (Hitori's Playette FAQ):

Hopefully that helps.
