you want my honest opinion
you look frumpy personally i dont like the dress under the short sleeved shirt but some people do when style does it all his clothes are neatly pressed (i need to invest in an iron myself lol) i like the hat but everything just doesnt seem to go together well you said you had corrected your body language so that may sway my opinion if you were standing up straight and smiling i just get the overall feeling that says "i want to be cool" i say go for the look that says i take care of myself (wow i need to take my own advice lol)

I'm not big on the short sleeve over long sleeve style and I think that
stripes are overdone. Though I myself own a ton of striped shirts, I
lean toward more subtle patterns or stripes that are actually a different
pattern weave instead of just dyed into the fabric.

I would suggest what someone did about getting a blazer. When I don't
have a lot of money to try a new style, I find that a thrift store (like
Goodwill, Salvation Army, Value Village) and a decent tailor work well.
Just the other day I found a kick-ass suit jacket for $10. I have to get the
sleeves lengthened about an inch for about $10-15 rough estimate.
You can't buy a blazer at Target for $30.

As for what you have here, I'd layer the other way. Maybe a t-shirt
under the dress shirt. If you let the dressier shirt be on top, buttoned
or un-buttoned, I think the hat will fit in better. I would personally take
that shirt and have it tailored, esp. to make the sleeves look smaller.
They look kinda baggy to me... unless, of course, that's your intent. :)

Hey bro

I don't know much about PUA, but my life is weight training, and the advice given in regards to weight loss in this thread is just terrible

There's no cookie-cutter diet you can give to have someone healthily lose weight. Likewise, advising someone to run "a few times a day" is assinine, unless that person plans on being an endurance athlete.

Body composition is made through diet, weights, and (if needed) cardio. I would recomend joining a gym (if you aren't in one already), and following a very basic routine. Something to the effect of:
Tuesday - squat, ham curl, calf raise
Thursday - incline dumbell bench, closegrip bench, overhead press
Sunday - deadlift, barbell row, chins (or pulldowns if you can't do chins)

The other part of the puzzle is nutrition. I really believe calorie-counting and set diets are a bad idea. The only way you'll stick to it is with a flexible, tasty diet. I'd just get an appreciation for what you're putting into your body; whole grains, meats (steak, home made burgers, chicken, turkey, fish, etc), eggs, veges, fruits, nuts/seeds, etc.
A fat-free diet is fucking moronic (sorry to sugar coat it so much  ). Fats help regulate horemones, brain function, and a host of other benefits. You should source most of your fats from "good fats" - nuts, seeds, oily fish, avacados.

I hope some of this made sense. If you're looking to lose weight, start by eating a varied, nutritious diet, with 5-6 smaller meals per day.

If something wasn't clear, or you want some links to better explain it just let me know.

I agree with trivial about your body language. I'm no expert but i think that even in day game you should stand out. When style started doing the whole shirt over dress shirt it was new and ORIGINAL i don't want to sound too critical but you need something new and exciting. More accessories....If you roll your sleeves up you will have a great option with experimenting with bracelet's and arm wear

Also, What kind of shoes are you wearing?
I wear black pinstripe converse or these loud green ones(not ugly green tho)
Girls open me about my shoes so thats cool
Ya I agree with the comments about stripes above. Im pretty short and never wear horizontal stripes.
My fav outfit:
Brown w/balck pinstripe long sleeve button up
sometimes a v-neck sweater from italy
Dark jeans that fade in the front and torn on the bottom
Keys dangling from my belt loop on a caribiner w/ a strap
A belt with a bling buckle
black pinstripe converse
Sometimes a beenie sometimes an afro and sometimes slicked hair with like a pomp in the front (not quite a pomp but it doesn't look greasy.

I found a whole tuxedo at goodwill for 6 bucks and it fit like it was tailored

Well the hat is ace. I tend to wear fedoras myself being of Italian decent (plus I look like money in them haha). A blazer would look good with the hat and a nice button down though. I can't afford one and the ones I do find always look too big on me (I'm a skinny dude).

I second that

i third, forth and fifth that...

get a bl post down...

as for the dress.. the hat is ace, the shirt too long and baggy, and lose the strips on the jumper, the jeans should be slimmer and u should get some nice dark brown leather shoes.

and it will all come together perfectly when u have slimmed down.

Agree with Trivial. If this outfit makes you feel confident you should wear it and the confidence will shine through. If it makes you feel self concious about how your hat looks you need to start over. body language is KEY !

lose the blue shirt it dosnt fit right, you need to have clothes that are fighting right. i like where ur going with the hat but bend it up a bit put some style on it and ur set. possibly go for clothes that are more fitted

honestly, its not the clothes that is the big problem... just by going by this picture my first impression which is key is a very non confident computer geekish person. Let me explain why. Your shoulders are rolled forward which shows your not alpha male and hiding your body and your head is forward like you stare at computer all day.

Im not trying to be a dick but Im trying tell tell you what others first impressions is going to be and thats what matters.

but on clothes.... the blue shirts has to go and everything else is okay

buy deisel pants if you want a better fitting pant...

i think you would look good in a suit or blazer.... look like you are owner or rich ass at the club i think is your style

i hope this helps dont take anything i say to offence
Good call. Body language is helpful huh ;) I was going to say similar things but then I didn't only because he didn't ask about his BL. But now that you say it, I feel okay to say that I at least agree.

my vision:
lose the blue shirt (actually donate it).
get a nice fitting black button down, roll up the sleeves.
maybe get some yellow dye in your hair(if your not allowed to wear hats)
add some bracelts/bling/ w.e to your wrists.
get some fresh white nikes. oh and a black fitted would look good too.
your good to go..at least thats what i would do
