Thats about all the real Junk that I eat, for the rest just eat normal meals, and try to pick wisely, and avoid the chips etc.
Perhaps a foolish one, its just, I want to know, because its so great that ice cream, but is it realy bad, its 2 buckets a month, if you think about it..
How does the body, handle that..
In a nutshell NO.
It's all about working out your macro's, how many calories, grams of protein, carbs and fat your body needs a day, to maintain, if you want to lose fat, create a deficit, if you want to get bigger, add to it.
I'm in need of 3400 cals a day, 230g protein, 220g carbs and 70g fats to maintain.
I have one set of cheat meals a day, to give me a little boost, sugars, some bad fats etc, keeps me going, seeing good results, looking good, feeling strong too.
SO basically as long as the majority of your diet's in good shape, ben and jerry's once a week is no problem.
