Can anyone recommend any decent tasting brands or alternatives that won't make you want to puke?

Choose an effective shake (that is proven to work) and stick to it. When I started I gagged every time, now its easy and I dont notice the flavour. Have some juice prepared to drink immediately after the shake, this will drown out the taste. I filled out well. I went to the gym 4 times a week, 2 shakes a day and could totally tell after a few weeks. _________________ Ignore the bad, praise the good.

I'm a collegiate wrestler and supplements are just that. THEY SUPPLEMENT your diet.
In fact, they are only useful when the foundations of your meal plan and exercise regime have already been refined.
Eat meat. Eat oats. Eat buckets of wholemeal pasta. Drink gallons of milk.
