This rely's on your inner game, and positive affirmations/mantras. Without getting indepth for a simple question. Think Happy = Look Happy.

2 weeks ago I started smiling more and gauging peoples reactions.
My method is:
- On approach think of a funny story/joke/event from your life.
Ex. There was this guy at the gym, big Conan type body builder. So he gets one of those big blue balance balls (swiss balls) and lays his back on it with a 110lbs free weight in each hand! Well he does the bench press motion and BOOM! The ball explodes in the gym and the guy and weights crash too the ground. There was a 3 second pause of silence to see if he was hurt. He wasn't. So the gym erupted into laughter at this guy. Makes me smile all the time.

Easy man... just practice smiling in mirror for a few minutes each day...

Eventually you will find your stroke,,and your smile will be money and not corny...

Is it corny to smile in front of the mirror??? Could be, but who will know.. Just you...

In school did you practice reading a speech before presenting? Of course,

Practice your smile... a genuine smile in the field is money

AND dont forget to floss, to many men forget to floss....

I personally don't show teeth unless it happens unconsciously due to something really amusing or happy making (shut up I know that is poor grammar to anyone who read my topic). But to make myself smile I just see the whole world as a bit of a joke and then there's always something amusing to me. Half the time I'm smiling at the ridiculousness of what I'm doing/thinking and the fact that its gonna work.

You know what I do?
well I always pay attention to my body language, so after some time (sometimes immediately) most of the girls turn their heads to look at me, I have strong eye contact with some of them. Then I remember that I live in a country where this (community) is reeeeally hard to find (because of the language and because people wouldn't just believe that something like this exists) and I think... hey, I have a huge advantage over all of this other AFCs...

So basically think of something happy, if there's nothing, think of something that makes you feel superior. I'm sure a smile will be drawn on your face.
