I know routines for just about everything BUT probably the most important thing, ATTRACTION!! Post your routines for right after you first meet a girl, to make her think you're awesome.

Just keep negging and DHVing. There is no "Attraction Routine", you get attraction from qualifying yourself while disrupting her reality. Then isolate and look for IOIs and your home free.

That is in MM, that's basically the Push-Pull. And true you don't need to neg, but it sure doesn't hurt. ;)

How is it push pull? He never pushed the girl away. Its more like Pull-Pull.
Statement 1 is Over-Escalation (pull) where she has to reject or else shes a slut.
Statement 2 is Escalation (pull) and it sounds better compared to statement 1.

Good article. I've been trying to read more myself actually. And I alwyas think of the over-escalation as a push, because if you dont correct it as he does, you will probably end up losing her, but thats my opinion. Either way, it works.

attraction isn't based on routines. now I'm sorry but this'll be a copy and paste of a post I wrote a couple of minutes ago:

If u follow this u'll be a tribal leader (attraction trigger Nº 2), wich will generate attraction in a number of girls (attraction trigger Nº 1), u'll not be afraid to act and react naturally (attraction trigger Nº 3 - willingness to emote) and u can always thow in set the idea of standing for those you love (attraction trigger Nº 4 - protector of loved ones)

Negs, DHV routines, push-pull... those are like firefox adds: they help, but they are not that important.

Yeah thats all great but what if you don't have good judgement in just acting naturally? When I act naturally I misread social situations and do really awkward things. And all that stuff may be true, but then what if you don't know what to talk about??

everything can't be scripted man.. if u intend to have a particular line ready for each of the many interactions to come, you'll suffer a lot. trust me, I've been there.

It's nice to have a couple of routines to add a little spice to the chatting but it must be YOU talking, not a bunch of posters in a PUA forum.

in the acting naturally thing, the only tip I can give u is to go social. Dont take me wrong, all I'm saying is that u must be accostumed to speak naturally with strangers. how to do that? By talking more to total strangers. Talking naturally with ur words is actually better than following by heart some routine stack, because of the often lack of congruence. And I bet it takes less time to be natural than to memorize and field test routines.

sometimes u just have to experiment by your own and get accostumed to talking to total strangers, because we cant help u by giving u topics to talk about..

Then you move into a log cabin in the middle of the woods and have a Falcon as your only friend.

Or you become level 80 on WoW and hope that you can find a GF on there.

lol, ouch. I agree with Teague, you have to force yourself out of your comfort zone. Try going out with all routines at first, at least that will get you talking. If your still nervous, just trust in the material (after all it has gotten thousands of people laid). The more your are social, the better you'll be socially. Good luck.
