Alright, for kicks on POF I used the "whoa, perfect game" opener. The couple times I've used it (default when I can't think of something better to say) it's worked well. But this time the response is just hilarious. If I can understand her correctly, which I think I do, she has taken it for serious.

After careful consideration of your profile, I would just like to let you know that I have already married and divorced you in my head.
Thanks so much for all the wonderful memories.. you'll always have a spot in my heart.
Your ex-hubby, Anth.
PS: You can keep the cats, but I'm going to need half your money according to our prenup.
Like now.

Haha, so broke and wanting money from chicks is your dig huh?
Or better yet, underestimating people before you meet them is supposed to be a huge
"I want to talk to you factor?"
For one i get the feeling like your stereotyping a complete stranger...so your welcome
for the profile...interesting you felt inclined to say anything.
I'm laughing my butt off because I think she's upset by what I said instead of taking it how most do. But I'm wondering how to respond? Should I continue along as if she hasn't taken a shit fit, or just tell her off because she clearly has no sense of humour?

edit - This is my idea for a response. What do you think?

ROAAAAAR! I love it. Out of the cage breathing fire. MMM MMM! Are you like this all the time? This is one of the better responses I've gotten.
For your satisfaction, my message was meant to be taken in a jokingly, non-threatening way. Call me oblivious but you didn't seem to enjoy the humour. It could be that our styles are different, or that your understanding of comedy is lacking.
Now, what exactly is it that I understimate of you... What's your net worth? Can you name all 50 states? How much can you bench press? RONNIE COLEMAN, IS THAT YOU?
