But yeah, I usually don't feel to good about mornings, but that's just because I'm tired and usually want to sleep on.
Drinking Water and keeping decently hydrated through and through helps.
I haven't really had the problem with feeling truly bad in the mornings, except after heavy drinking, but blame dehydration.
It may also be stuff like diet etc.
Neurochemistry, to say the least.
I have no real knowledge about that sort of stuff, but you may try eating more vegetables or something. Having a balanced diet and such may help.
Caffeine is dehydrating, and
If you smoke as well, that may be a clue.
But seriously,
Being well hydrated, keeping a moderately balanced diet and maybe doing some light exercise in the morning to start up the system, in addition to a little food in the morning, may do the trick.
I usually do 20-30 push-ups when I get up, and then 20 more when I'm done eating breakfast.
Also, one more thing; if you when you wake up, lie on your stomach and bend your back upwards using without using your arms, that will usually lead to a more awake or refreshed feeling.
