Well, im 6ft3.5, and I weight about 160lds, so I'm pretty lanky
Basically, you've got to be proud of being tall (easier said than done, I know), but seriously, it's a pretty good place to be. Since you're thin too, that's also a plus in your favour. All you've got to do is emphasise the good points...
Firstly, the clothing you wear. For a while I decided that I had to wear baggy clothes to mke myself look bigger. Big mistake!!! This just looks like someone really thin trying to look bigger! Wear clothes that fit properly. I now wear normal cut jeans, and plain close-fitting t-shirts (or just medium t-shirts) or Medium shirts. This actually makes you look less thin really
Secondly, peacocking. I find that, to emphasise the tone of my arms (rather than the length, because I've got long arms lol), try a wristband on one arm, and braclets on the other. A decent necklace looks good too.
Thirdly, because of your height, you MUST have a good posture. This will make or break a tall person's look.
People will tell you to bulk up and go to the gym, but this didn't work for me...unless I was prepared to eat 4500 calories per day (yes, that's what it took)...which, to be honest, I'm not perpared to do
Follow these tips, and you will look good!
So find clothes that fit basically?
I hardly ever slouch though, when I'm standing Its always straight.
Another thing is that I probably eat 3x more than a grown man but I still can't put any weight/fat on
I wouldn't bother trying to eat your way bigger, it can be done, but it will be very very difficult. Trust me! You can hit the gym by all means, and this will at least improve muscle tone. Look at Mystery, I mean, he's 6ft5 at least, and with the peacocking hats that he wears, he looks even way taller than that. Think of height as peacocking!
Yeah, exactly, find clothes that fit, perhaps even a little on the smaller tighter if you want. For example, close-fitting Tees look good on me, I've been told. Don't over do it though, and go all emo, but there are some good ideas in that style.
Good job on the slouching and standing straight. That's important on tall lanky people such as ourselves!
