Smooth! A little help please!
OK, I was ill at home the other day so I started talking to a girl who later turned out to be a model. She took long to respond and when she did, it was very short - usually a line or two. I found myself checking facebook every hour waiting for her reply. Not a good situation. So I thought - what can I do to make it better in terms of me being less outcome-dependent (she is VERY hot), and then it hit me: I found an easy way to add about 30 other models as friends, sent them all an identical message (Whoopie, if you're reading this, you rock!) and got 7 responses. I'm talking to 8 models now. Phew, the pressure is off
I decided to go straight into teasing and qualification - either 'tell me something interesting about yourself' or the bolder 'what have you got going for you more than your looks'. This isn't large enough a sample for me to decide which works best, maybe your expertise could help here
Point is, all their responses are incredibly brief - a few words, a line or two at best. Needless to say, I keep mine short two - one, max 2 sentences. Is this what online exchanges with models are supposed to look like? If not, how do you usually prompt longer responses from them?
Couple of gems:
-----------------
ME:
Man, you wouldn't believe the day I had... Tell me what you did for the army, I'm actually intrigued for once
HER:
i was a clerk nothing fun
ME:
... and you kill the mystery once again!!

Your ex boyfriends must have hated that about you
HER:
haha i think they just hate me lol
ME:
Poor guys! You'd make a terrible girlfriend. That's it, I'm downgrading you to 'potential friend at best' missy!
HER:
lol awww : 0 (

What's the deal?!
And if that's how they roll, how much do I have to wait before I arrange a meeting (low-pressure: 'join me for a cup of tea at XYZ, that way I can just walk away quickly if you turn out to be weird').
Be as harsh as possible, it's for my own good
Thanks,
Ace
