Anyone got any skills at working game on bar tenders or hired guns? Perhaps main points or ideas that are different than a regular set that isn't working??? Would love to hear some good techniques

It's what I specialize in.

I've made this response a bunch of times, I wish I could find the post so I can just copy and paste it, lol.

I'll get back with something more elaborate, but the three simple things:

1. Muscles.
2. Non-faded, non-sports team memorabilia clothing.

These two things right here...will make you stand out from 95% of the absolute slobs that inhabit her bar.

3. Direct, to the point. Bartenders often tell me about the "stare guys", who ogle the employees night after night but who never make a move. They are seen as, and mocked for being weak. On your first night, enter the bar. Strike up a fun conversation with the girl you like, and then ask her out no later than an hour after your arrival.

The same beta, nice-guy-pleaser butler syndrome that effects non-hired gun game applies here, too. Only it's even more pathetic, because the women are a captive audience.

Respect her time. Respect yours. Respect that it's her workplace, and get to the point.

What if I'm busy with other sets throughout the night? Should I do this shit right away or wait till I'm near the end. I won't be drinking. Just sipping tonic water or coke. Also, non sports team memorabilia you mean anything but sports shit basically?

Hit on the bartender before your other sets. If she's in, don't continue with your other sets there, and leave (depending no if she asked to join you for a drink after her shift or not). If she's neutral, continue with other sets.

Yes.

Top three complaints I get from hired guns:

1. Weak "stare guys" who don't have the balls to go for it and ask the hired gun out.
2. Flabby men.
3. Men who wear sloppy clothes, like sweatpants, sports team shirts, etc.

Remember, hired guns see more people, and interact with more people than you and I do typically throughout the day. A fit, confident man in decent clothes already puts you way ahead of what they normally encounter. It's refreshing for them.
