I am curious, is there any advantages or disadvantages to approaching a girl while wearing sunglasses on the street during the day?

Was wondering if hiding ones eyes has any benefits or disadvanatages in pick up?

They say the eyes are the windows to the soul.
Maybe wearing shades adds more mystery?

I dont see an advantage.

Except to convey a bit of mystery.

But some chiccs have called out my friends about wearing sunglasses,as if to say they have something to hide by not giving eye contact.

It's not a game killer neither.Just no true advantages unless you can covet a mysterious vibe.

So much can be deciphered from their eyes.

I have seen women with those big fuck off glasses who seem attractive as hell but then they take them off and not so attractive.

Eyes tell alot people hide behind glasses. I wear sunglasses but take them off when chatting to someone or to a girl in particular.

Like JohnnyBoy said,take them off or lift them up while talking to the girl.

You should always be keeping eye contact with the girl, if you're wearing sunglasses she's not going to be able to tell whether or not you're doing so; I wouldn't recommend wearing sunglasses whilst talking to a girl.

yeah that's what i was thinking, i was thinking it would probably screw with the eye contact. so i will make sure i'm not wearing them when i do approaches.

I would approach them with my sunglasses on but whilst opening I would literally take them off at that precise moment I open them. Basically trying to make a point that I am comfortable and confident.

Simple: Take them off, eye-contact is very valuable, even if you want to play mysterious- there's other ways, off with them!


Other:

1. In-field example. Walking back from a short appointment in the afternoon, friend who came with killed the time sarging and called me into an all-girl 5 set. I do my thing with the sunglasses on, staying low energy (tired), body language signalling a completely readiness to walk away while I play my game for a minute or so. Then I get a girl to tell us something she's proud off "I grew up on a farm in Australia, I really loved working with all that life, I'm a total city girl now but sometimes I can really see myself going back to that place." The moment: Shift my body languages, dedicate it to her, take off my sunglasses, eye-contact full-on to her, I pull her out of the set and game on. It was clear to her that what she just said really caught my interest.

Taking off your sunglasses (and going heavy eye-contact), especially in combination with another factor like a shift in body language or attention can send a clear sign to a girl. 'I had these sunglasses on even though I know it adds a distance, however something just changed and I want to have eye-contact with you now.' This can create a very quick gateway to the "it's on" moment, being a very clear spike in interest.

I used that in-field example because that girl responded very well, being happily surprised and continued qualifying herself as we both gamed on.

Edit: I follow it up with immediately going direct for a bit. Kino if you can, direct verbal line at least.
