A concern that a lot of men have is looking creepy. I love it when a man hides his intentions to appear not creepy.

People, women are not stupid.

Guy in class likes his classmate. He thinks "I will just ask if she has an extra pencil. That way she won't suspect a thing and I won't look creepy" you think she doesn't know you have been staring at her legs for the past 2 weeks? LOL

Guy is staring at woman's boobs. Then he asks her if she has the time? Ya, that's not creepy but asking her out is.

Women are not stupid. They know what every straight man wants. They know what you want the minute you start talking to them. Actually, I would say women's radar is a little too sensitive - has a lot of false positives - They think we are trying to sleep with them, even if we are not.

When you hide your intentions, you're only making yourself look like a fool. And a creep.

That's why I will talk to a lot of women, whether warm or cold opened, and a lot of the time just let the conversation be natural and fleeting and move on without asking them out or showing any sexual interest. You'd think the whole time she'd know it was just building up to the eventual "Can I get your number?" Then she'd know her intuition was right. But when you leave them hanging and simply walk away it will make them question their intuition and even their own attractiveness. And that's a GOOD thing for men to do because it keeps women in check. Then the next guy who comes along and opens them, she'll be less inclined to jump to conclusions and not put her shields right away.

So, "you're welcome" to any of the guys who came along and closed the women that I have previously dispositioned in that manner. I softened them up for you.

I agree I do that sometimes especially when the chick Im talking is desirable and she is having the conversation with me like doing me a favor and she is expecting me to hit on her or ask for her number at any moment.

A chick will project how attractive she finds you onto your actions. If she thinks you're "hot"...she'll turn your stares for 2 weeks into "its so sexy he cant keep his eyes off me." Your bs pencil question will become "cute." "Quiet guy" becomes "mysterious guy she wants to figure out." "Loud guy" becomes "energizing life of the party." Women have intuition, but how they perceive you before you even open your mouth will trump that imo.

Everyone, men and women, are reading you even if they dont want too. Multiple studies have shown that humans make snap judgements about other people in under one second. If they then interact with you their brain will find evidence to support their initial impression and ignore any contrary evidence. This is why first impressions are important and also why its hard to change a persons first impression of you.

First, correlation does not equal causation. Anybody who understands this type of research could say that to you. Second, it only provides a relationship between women reacting by emotion vs logic. It doesn't actually say the intuition is correct lol.
