OK so about a year ago a couple moved into the house next door. The woman is a stunner. She's pretty with a GREAT body.

The guy ran off and left her about a month ago. Since then she's been much more talkative with me. Our kids always played together, but she never use to hang out and talk with me while we watched them play.
