Seems like most of the hottest dates (8-10s) I have set up cancel or don't reply to my texts the day we've got the date set up. I don't have this problem with 5-7s.

At first, I lost a few because I didn't talk to them enough before hand.

I've tried talking to them more, but I find it difficult to get past the Q&A small talk the way I normally would (get them talking about their passions, dreams, etc.) in person. A more general problem: a lot of ppl are vapid af. They just don't seem to have much going on under the hood. That said, maybe I just don't know how to get at it. Or maybe I just need a totally different approach to these girls.

I also might be putting too much time between the date and the day we schedule it - so some other guy comes along and gets their interest in the mean time.

In sum:
1. What should I try to accomplish in pre-date conversations?
2. How do you get from your first msg to accomplishing that?
3. How much time is too much between the time you set up the first date and the actual date?

Probably bots with professionally taken photos.
