With hired guns, rotate your sarges from one place to another. If you lamed out at Mall #1, don't go there for three weeks. Meanwhile, sarge in Mall #2, #3, #4, #5 and #6. After 3 weeks, reopen the girls you lamed out on.
Hired guns are great for social proof so you can instadate the mall customers. Focus on giving hired guns fun. When the hot customers see that the hot hired guns are very comfortable with you, it will be so much easier to instadate the hot customers.
