Some months you'll just get no girls and you'll feel like shit and the next you're Elvis Presley and it seems like all women look at you. There's nothing you can really do it. When your in a good mood, I feel that reading forum posts about guys bitching about how they can't have sex only ruins your mood.
Also, analyzing as shit reduces confidence too.
Anyone else feel this? I always plan routines to talk before going to a girl all the time, but in a no fucks given way, but when your in your room in the dark, reading these forums only makes you feel like a faggosaurus rex

Instead of blasting through material, focus on one specific thing then apply it, afterwards come back to the material and select another thing to apply.
Personally I think routines are overrated. The whole point is that the routine gives you a road map and a sense of confidence when applying it. After you use the routine enough and experience success then you realize that you did not need the routine in the first place.
