went on a second date with a girl (probably a 8/ 8.5) we were having fun and had dinner at a brewery and then got a drink at cool jazz club, hanged otu from about 7 to 12. at the end of the night i told her "im having alot of fun, we should continue this back at my place" she was like i have work tomorrow bla bla bla. started not making out but heavily kissing outside the bar and we got a uber home together, end of night.

just a few questions because im pretty sure ive made my intensions clear to her.
1.she told me that in the span of one week between the first and second date she had 5 other dates. was this a shit test or just leting me down easy.

2. on the right home she was giving me serious indicators of interest, squeezing my hand, talking about sex constantly. she asked me "how many dates have you been on since the start of the year?" i said 7 since i got back from canada.

3.as i got out of the car i went for a small good night kiss as i got out of the car. she went in to give me the cheek. i was dispplease so i softly push her cheek towards me a gave her a proper kiss. is this anothe rshit test or a really bad sign.

4. when should i text her again haha

Doesn't matter. You make the next move and not wait for her permission to do it. Why are you worried about a shit test if she's showing you interest? You're doing a lot of overthinking. Only she knows. You kissed her and that's all that really matters in the moment. When you have a reason to text her.

OP everything you wrote looks like a standard date scenario. Her turning her head wasn't a shit test, just standard dating game behavior. Her telling you the # of dates she's been on was possibly one. How to handle: "Cool, any hot guys in the mix?" or whatever.

Regarding shit tests here's a video on how to handle them when they come up, as they most certainly will. It's not the girls' fault these come up; they're hard-wired. Very easy to deal with though as long as you have a chill demeanor as this guy does in this clip. When you have this demeanor you don't even recognize the shit tests because they roll off your back like drops of rain.
