Whats the best way to free yourself from the out come. I started pushing myself outside my comfort zone and went out clubbing. I joined a cool group of people in my school. But when it comes to the girls i want them to like being around me. which makes me hesitant to be daring, when i probably should be. Little back ground, did pua got the dream girl. Broke up and it fucked with my confidence, spent the next 3 years acting like a hotshot when i wasn't. people would be intrigued but later find out its all smoke. and dislike me after. Now i'm alot more humble and honest on where im at socially and confidently so i'm taking things slow.

Now i expect the worst outcome in a interaction because of the last 3 years, and feel like people don't like me if they get to know me. I still have solid game, and when i'm in the zone i'm good at it. but My mental state is thinking the worse and even if i go in doing well. I start to think i can't handle it. And at the same time i want to be liked. what some advice i can use.

Do you do this with every aspect of life or just dating? It sounds like you may have anxiety. It is not unheard of but most of the time the negative view on life is associated in all areas of life, not just one or the other. That is why I ask. Anxiety also makes us feel a NEED to be in control. Since you can't control an outcome or know how it will go, you are in that general "NEED".
