my gf from a long r/p recently broke up with me i was taking it pretty bad but starting to look up a little now...i read the Game my mate gave it to me to cheer me up....cheer me up it did and thinking it got me however im trying to find my place in single life again and even though all the reading and learning i have come across in books and the internet i just dont seem to b able to put any of the methods from PUAs to practice, im not sure if its coz im still into my ex mrs or coz i dont have the balls or maybe both.. well anyways id love to hear on some advice on how i should get ova my lil dilemma and start making myself better with the help of others if u know wat i mean:S

The myspace thing hit home to me. I dated a chick for 3 years, she leaves me for no reason and 3x a day for the next three months I'd check her myspace. Majority of it would break my heart over and over again. I cant stress it enough stop it, even if you have to delete yours.

If you got a firewall, block the IP address of myspace if you have to. That way you remind yourself not to go back over there to look at her page.
