Any real man would of moved out already and started doing for self. If you really want her than YOU have to change. Flowers are easy man, do something super hard but work on yourself. If you change THEN talk to her about staying together than she will be attracted to you.

I put in alot of money on house we bought together, and furniture alot of stuff over 17 years, its in her name...
