HI my name is ram from india.. i am 21 yrs old.. i am an average guy. i had one girlfriend.she betrayed me.. i am feeling lonely .. i cant handle this stress.. could you pls help to pickup girls.. i wanna be a PUA ..i dont know what to do when i see beautiful girls in Mall and theatres ..

Yes. Search the forums here. There is lots of material. Look at my previous posts, I've mentioned a lot of stuff.

Get reading, and start going out and doing approaches. Do both simultaneously!
