Hey all. I just got a job as a server at a local restaurant and I was wondering if there was a way to hit on HBs at work discreetly so I won't get into trouble. Any suggestions?

I used to work in restauraunts for years, and one thing I can tell you is that each and every one of them is a hotbed of sexual harrassment. I wouldn't worry too much about getting in trouble, just don't be TOO overt unless you're certain that she's into you. Also most restaurant's employees seem to party together all the time in a sort of insular group, so going out for drinks w/ the whole group can be an easy in as well.

I usually don't mix business with pleasure.

Fantastic is right, i worked at a restaurant for a while and almost every weekend night there was some sort of party going on. perfect place to find a fools mate. I never really tried while at these parties due to the fact i dont like hooking up with drunk girls who wont remember it. I guess we really need to know more of the situation to make a good recomendation.

I've been working in restaraunts for YEARS and am finally back in school, Here's my take: At first, you see all the women in the industry and think its a great place because you can constantly hit on women, but here are some potential problems. The women that typically work in these places are there for a reason. Either they have issues, baggage, financial problems are a huge mental case or all of the above. It is rare to find a 8, 9 or 10 in these places that is just working part time to pay for school or whatever and is a generally a woman you want to seduce. TRUST ME ON THIS... I've been picking these women up for years. In fact, at work was the only place I have felt comfortable talking to women who were strangers. Think about it though, not only do you have to compete with co-workers.. You have customers who hit on these women ALL day and you have your bosses hitting on them and basically power tripping.. My suggestion... STAY AWAY... Waitresses are good for 2 things. 1. Get to know them, so when you do go out to a club or bar to pick up women.. Having 2 or 3 of these waitresses on your side doesnt look bad. It ups your social status... 2. When an HB is new there and has just started working.. The males can smell the new blood and everyone tries to AMOG each other to gain the favor of this new woman.. I do the same thing.. But I dont want the woman.. I just try and out do my coworkers so I can test the waters and see what works on different women.

Trust me, you dont want to actively and seriously pick up women you work with.. (atleast in the service industry)... If you fuck up, the whole place will hear about it. Have sex with a drunk girl and your social importance in the eyes of other women there will fall like a sack of rocks... I suggest you only use work to practice with lines, negging and different variation with your game.

I kinda am getting the impression that the original poster was more talking about HBs that are customers and not his co-working hired guns.

Do you guys have any suggestions for this? I'm in a similar position at the book store i work at.

Oh, well in that case. that's an entirely different beast. It's hard to DHV when you're at work, especially when youre a waiter.. But at a bookstore.. Holy shit I would be sarging on every HB that walked in!
