If a girl approaches you,do you look at it as interrupting,anyway just jump in and see what works for you,try whatever,but fix your mindset,you're doing it for you,approach introduce yourself and don't wait for her to talk,keep talking and be interested in what you're talking about,have fun with it,be direct,don't hide your intentions,joke around a bit,do whatever and learn from it

It was actually a serious question. What should I be asking them? What's their favorite color? Do they come there a lot? I've already asked that one about a million times and I'm sure they're sick of hearing it.

I don't know how to get out of the boring and mundane without being a total sex-addicted creep, but I also don't have the guts to act like that sex-addicted creep.

I have never actually asked a girl if she wants to come home with me, but I do live 30 minutes away, so it might be a logistical problem every time.
