I had a lot of problems with real and fake IOIs, so please help me.

examples are like this:

a girl smiles at you when she just met you.
a girl come up at get some drinks, and then smile at you and asks your name and where you from (interview type questions)
when you say you go somewhere for vacation, and she says "why didn't you take me!"
being extra polite.
tells you that you are "cute"
says you have a nice jaw, (indirectly say that you are good looking).

and there are many more that I couldn't think of right now

Thats a good question.
I think the trick is to figure why she would be sending out the Fake IOI's, and using your instints. Say they are a hired gun and thats part of their job or its a girl known for abit longer and she's just playing mind games, or testing you. Or they want something from you, like one of my friends used to say she uses her 'fenamine charm'. Or my friend would go up to a guy, ask for a hug and then shortly after drop the 'can you get me a drink'.

Mystory says a girl may give you a fake IOI while she is asking you to buy her a drink....shes not realy attracted to you but merely manipulating you. she might also give you a fake IOI just to keep you around for entertainment. a girl might give you a fake IOI when she is in fact dictchin you for, example when she says " we have to go to the bathroom now" if in the back of her mind she knows she is really ditching you, she might touch you on the arm as she says good-bye to give you validation. A girl will also sometimes give you fake IOIs to see if u can return them, if u return IOIs too ealsy without making her work for it , you just become another notch on her validation belt and she may pursue greater challenges elsewhere.

That one is not a real IOI, is not even a fake one.

Being polite is like a "social shield", she might be trying to just be nice to you, but being polite, by itself is not an IOI
