So you broke up with your GF to pursue something with someone who is still in a relationship? Now that you're having doubts about this other person's commitment to you, you're thinking of rekindling things with the ex...

Not cowardly at all...

We have Latin & Ballroom lessons on Tuesdays, do I still invite her or no?
Your not listening to the advice that has already been given!
I took your advice today. Cheers for the feedback!

Good then you should know that unless she contacts you about those dance-lessons, you are not going to be giving any invitations out.

Bumped into her today. She said she can't trust me (that it won't happen again/I won't hurt her?) and it needs that to work.

I said that I'd apologised and the only way to show that I'm sincere in that apology/build back the trust is to work through it together. She said it wouldn't be the same as before and she didn't want it at the moment. I said no it'd take time.. We both had stuff to do so left it at that. She said she loved me as we parted ways.

Stop listening to what she says and start to look at her actions! She has gone cold and the only way to have a shot on getting her back, is by pulling away to create attraction.

That being said, I think it is time to cut your losses and move on.
