Met a girl at a bday party. the party was for our mutual friend. we talked all night, she was really into me.. etc.. didnt bother asking for her number, thought I would just get it from her friend the next day. (bday girl) .. So I call our mutual friend the next day to ask her if it's cool if she gives me her #.. and this is her response "You snooze you lose"... but our mutual friend said she meant it in a joking and playful way.. anyways, I need to respond to this asap .. what would be a funny witty comeback to "You snooze you lose".. I obviously already have her number from her friend.. But I wanna get it directly from her. Many thanks for reading my first post.

I don't get it. You should have gotten it from her but you got it from her/your friend instead. Now that you have it from a third party, you want to get it from her? She likely knows you have the number now. Don't waste your time with a comeback and just contact her.

Didn't her friend pass along her number? You're being confusing.

If you contact her don't worry about responding to the snooze or lose line. You're contacting her because you want to go out with her, right? Why wouldn't you just get to that instead?

Yes her friend DID pass me her number, but when she asked the girl if its cool if she passes me her number, thats when she said "You snooze you lose" (because I didn't get it the night of, from her directly) ... So right after that I told her to pass this along: "and if you sin, you win )))) and she replied with "Cool well have fun sinning without my number." dude she is taking me along for a ride.. this was last nite.. I haven't called/responded.. but she is a solid HB10... but I refuse to put her on a pedestal because she has over 500k instagram followers and been in tons of top lingerie ads.. she is spoiled by male attention, and I refuse to give into it... maybe I have to much pride, but I have several other prospects to keep me busy.

You seem like you are your own worst enemy. Coming up with worthless comebacks and not wanting to do what it takes to get her to go out with you.
