A few weeks ago I met a girl, exchanged numbers and we texted every now and then for a few weeks. After I asked for a date she was eager to go and we texted almost every day until the date itself happened, which was a period of about 10 days. We had a good first date, chatted for hours and she even talked about some really personal family business.
Wow, way too slow. Its just talk talk talk. You spent weeks talking to then talk on the date? Keep the talk to a minimum, meet quickly, escalate on the date. If you are going to talk alot before, then on the date at least be physical after all that built up comfort.

After the date I drove home and when I got there she already left me some messages: telling me she had a great time and wished me a nice weekend. Last saturday I texted her again, had a small chat and we agreed on having a second date next sunday.
More messages, and a second date scheduled far out. Why not just meet up soon?

Since then we havn't texted anymore. I'm not really that experienced yet with dating and I'm wondering what to do now. Before our first date she would basically ask me every day how my day was, and now it's been silent for several days.
Do you think the broken pattern means anything?
I basically have a few options:
* Try to setup a text conversation or call and talk about anything.
* Wait until saturday and then ask if we're still on for sunday.
Stop talking so much, set dates sooner, and escalate. This is a guide on how to bore a chick.
