I'm living in the middle east
I'm 28 y.o.
I have graduated from medical school

the thing is that I have a problem with girls
I can't contact with them as well as I want
they fear me
I want to be natural with them and a super pick up artist
I want them to love me and chase me hhhh
so I am here to learn from the best
I think the society in my country is different from the American or European societies
'coz in the middle east, the religion is forbidding direct contacts with girls who u're not relative to
so what to do, fellas??

The trick is to be confident and to not try to hard. I want you to start visiting places where you no that there will be a lot of women. And I want you to FORCE YOURSELF to at least talk to these women just a little bit. This could include asking for directions to a specific place, or commenting on something that the girl is wearing. You will find that this is a lot easier than you might think, and over time your confidence will grow and you can start extending the conversation for longer until you feel comfortable with asking the girl for her number. And things will come naturally from here.

This is really the only first step that I would recommend for you.
