So I found a new job, I am not the one who likes to mess with coworkers and all that. However, as I have read some things, I came to a conclusion it is acceptable as long as I don't get serious with them. I want to try.

As the title states, this new job has quite a few women who I think are very pretty working there.
Instead going direct and obviously losing my job the first day lol, I took it easy and just introduced myself to basically everyone and figured out who I might have a chance with. The girls who I have a chance with I did light kino basically the first day, they now give me high fives when walking past them or whenever I ask. Thats cool but I dont know what to do from here with them..any tips?

Im also in a peculiar situation. This new girl was recently hired right after me, and I believe she shows the most interest in me.

Few days ago, I got her number and she told me to text her that night. Since I knew I would see her in 2 days (today), I didn't bother texting her, and still haven't (is that bad?). We managed to talk for a bit today but nothing too special I have to get up extremely early tomorrow so didn't bother asking her out or anything today.

Idk, i just dont know what to do here. We work nights till like 8pmish and work together almost 3x a week.
Maybe I ask her out at work? Ask them out over text? I dont want to wait too long to act but I just don't know how.

a woman basically asked you to contact her right away. Women are very much creatures of the moment. The good news is inaction/indifference is better than neediness, so you still have a shot. Just text the girl like she asked, and arrange a meet up.

Well interesting thing happened, shortly after writing the original post I spilled coffee on my iphone and it froze up. I basically threw it on the ground to turn it off since I knew if it stayed on it would fry the circuits.

Anyways, after 3 days of letting it sit in front of a fan, I turned it on yesterday and it works! Just have a new crack in it. Lol

But ya thanks Arch and R.C, figured it would be the same. I managed to text the one I think is interested yesterday let her know who it is and why I didn't text her lol

Just gotta keep the ball rolling.. also got a new number today she just moved from Japan so this will be interesting as somewhat language barrier.
