Theres nothing wrong with it. BUT. Imagine this scenario:

You known a girl for a year. She is super smart, educated, good family, fucking sexy as hell. She is everything you ever wanted, but you assume you are in friend zone and are a bit AFC. Then you realize she has been thinking the same way. You approach her, and you have the nastiest sex in your whole life because you know the girl in and out.

I can't imagine that. I don't do friend zone. However, how do you know she wouldn't be willing to have that same nasty sex on a ONS? You've already proven that you won't make a move because you have had preconceived notions about a girl.

I don't understand why your reasoning implies you can't build sexual tension while being direct. You can build it. And it's arguably even stronger.

Building respect takes time. With a girl you respect there will be alot more sexual tension. Im not saying its impossible but i would rather have sex with someone i respect and have a connection with than someone i dont know even if there is alot of sexual tension.
