You're leaving a lot out if you need help. However, I'm assuming that however you've met this girl that you initially presented yourself as single and now you're trying to figure out a way to sugarcoat the reason that you're talking to her while being in a relationship. There is no way to sugarcoat it and you have to accept the consequences if you're going to come clean.

If things are that bad with your girlfriend, maybe you should actually consider breaking it off with her instead of creating new problems.

I didnt present myself single - we never opened that topic. And thats my question, how to tell her.
