Date 1) out drinking, kiss close, both had to go to other plans (again this was a while ago so dont remember all the details)

Date 2) some logistical issues, hook up, but PG13, wouldnt let me advance - fall sleep

summer time in NYC so both away on weekends, doing our thing. momentum seems to fade.
When we do meet up for whatever reason its in a group, not great vibe i dont get IOI's.

texting game goes on, she initiates but doesnt follow thru on plans, etc

meet like 1 a month or 2, hook up but again doesnt let me take it too far. i get the sense she is fking with me so i pretty much move on. but the texting every now and then, as whats the harm, im out gaming others and just keep it in the background.

fast forward almost a year later i decide after some incidents where she texts me and i put myself out there and ask her out / try to make plans - Hey blah blah blah, this thursday night
HER: sure sounds good but i may have ___ let me get back to you,
doesnt get back to me but re initiates a few days later usually
HER: hey sorry, blah blah blah, whats your weekend like?

this goes on til finally we have plans and she goes ghost on day of and i just assumed that level of disrespect means she has no interest. Then about a month goes by and i get a random text which i cant see anyway of responding to so i havent (3-4weeks ago now)

HER:[b]hey i was just thinking of you. im sorry i was an Asshole before. i'd been seeing someone and wanted to hang but i felt guilty/weird. if you want to hangout again lmk, but i understand if you dont. hope you are doing well[/b]

I obviously would like to bang her as she is hot but figured there is no self respecting way to respond bc either way you reduce your value...

sounds like she is testing you / checking you out to see if you are what you are. that means interest but not attraction (necessarily). She is insecure about you and want to see how you respond. After all she did make out with you and is still texting (that is an IOI).

seems like there are 2 ways to go - ignore her frame (prior disrespect) and just have aggressive response back - "lets meet here, you are paying" or just move on

but its been a month, so im not inspired to go back to trying to fire it up bc i could see starting again. i.e get her out have a good time and get held up by the 3rd base coach. then all the power is back with her as she will keep dangling the carrot while not letting me Fk her and prob pursing other dudes she actually wants to date.

so seems like a huge waste of time to try to get her out
