One thing I created recently was the Rage Theory. It's when, a newbie is at rock bottom, and is tired of being lonely. So he flies into a rage and starts aggressively approaching. With the mindset of, "bring it on, come fucking reject me".

It's a way of getting over "pulling the trigger". Some people have trouble stepping up. With the emotion of frustration, you can turn it into a battering ram, figuratively.

So the next time you feel lethargic.. Work yourself into a rage, and see if you automatically get up and start hitting the streets.

When you work yourself into a rage... Why not just use that to work on yourself as a person more? Instead of going up to girls that are judging you based on who you are and not on what you're doing?

Build experience with girls but don't make that the end all be all.

I have some problems with rage too, and frustration.
but the way i deal with it, is to play Starcraft 2, and go into the mindset of: If i lose i wil congratulate the winer.

Because the Core of the Rage problem is exacly the same , even if u are raging because Sc2, or Girls, or Exames in School, or anything... It has to do with your inner insecurities, your Ego and mindset that u have: Expecting that u will unfairly fail at something, while in truth failing is part of the proccess.

I think i improved a little my rage and frustration . but this things dont improve magically one day into the night, it requires struggle!
