I've got a Tinder first date with a girl coming to my place for dinner & drinks tonight. I'm cooking for us.

She just messaged me saying:

"Ok, I will come to your place. But YOU will pay for the taxis."

I replied that she can pay the first taxi, and I will pay the second one.

Stingy on my part? Haha!

It's NOT a money issue at all! I just think that she's maybe trying to take advantage of me, considering I already bought food & wine etc...

Sometimes you have to make it clear to women that they aren't doing you any favors by hanging out with you, kissing you, or sleeping with you. Those are all events in which two people benefit mutually. They feel like because they're bringing pussy to your door step that you owe them anything more than a good time. Its just an move to position themselves as the "prize".

This girl had agreed to come over, but then "backtracked", saying she wasn't sure, as we'd never met, which is fair enough. So I responded by saying I still wanted her to come over, just to have a fun evening, but that there was no pressure and it was her decision. She agreed. But THEN she changed plans AGAIN, saying that she couldn't come over as she had to see a (girl) friend. This was AFTER I had already bought all the food & drink for our date! We both used the word 1st DATE in our messages, so no confusion there...

I was diplomatic, telling her I appreciated that she had other friends & plans, but that I don't like time wasters. She'd had 2 chances of a cool date with me, and she wouldn't be getting a third! I think my (relative) assertiveness "shocked" her a little bit, so she then said that if I wasn't after sex with her, she would come over. That's how it stands at the moment.

I still feel like she's "messing me around" a bit! But I'm thinking fuck it, just have the date and chill, see what happens!

I feel like this little "episode" has taught me something very significant about female psychology: The most "powerful" thing a man can often say to a woman is... NO!

Fucking UNBELIEVABLE scenes!

Girl turns up a few minutes late (woman's prerogative & all that). Then she says something about her friends waiting nearby/downstairs, and she needs to go and tell them she got to my place safely! Or at least that's what I understood from her dodgy English, as it's not her first language...

So a few minutes go by, and then I message her asking where she is? She says she's gone home! WTF?!
I thought about things for a few minutes, and now I just messaged her this:

"That's an absolutely TERRIBLE way to behave! You didn't even talk to me for more than 2 minutes! I hope you find somebody you DESERVE! Because I'm SO much BETTER than you! Your behaviour TOTALLY disrespected me! If you didn't want to spend this evening with me, you could have at least been HONEST! You're a coward....
Goodbye."

Her reply:

"No , sorry it's not about you ... I teach people like you .. You write I do very bad things and I am apologize... Sorry ... You really very good person .. I know ... But I can't back ... You need to understand me"

I'm caught between being pissed off, or just LAUGHING at how weak she is!

All in all, an absolute FARCE! The date that never was! Haha!
