First time meeting a person “new coworker” conversation sparks off she starts it and introduces herself before she leaves is she interested or being nice?

Jeez

At least use more context to help us?

Maybe she briefly intro'd herself to her new coworker? This isn't a game sticking point...Not yet till you give us some more context

Regardless, have you even tried to game her?

As of rigt now, my conclusion is that this is nothing more than just a brief introduction that has no element of attraction to it (yet)

Are work schedule is different so we don't really see each other often we make eye contact and she smiles at me during morning meetings, I brought up going to a concert with her and she seemed totally down for it just need to get her number which has been a hassle since we can't take our phone out during work.

Don't you think you should have put that in your opening post since it's kinda important and relevant?

Add her on Facebook or wait before or after your shift

If she has already agreed to go out with you, then chase her up on that and find out if she actually wants to go wit you

Have you thought of asking her to write her number on a piece of paper? That's old school thinking.

Common sense, bro

I do get the feeling you're using these hypothetical barriers:

'I don't use social media' or I''m busy at work'

because I think you're nervous about asking her and it's easier to set up barriers to sabotage yourself

I guess nervous on her response for the number but I did actually ask her for her snapchat the 2nd day of meeting her in which she wanted to see pics of this game I went too. and that's when she responded with she doesn't use social media
