I want to get established as friends first as she has obviously been through tough times but that is beside the point. She is always asking my opinion of what she is wearing. Does that imply anything?

Ok thank you for your responses. I understand where you are coming from. Bad to be in the friend zone with any girl? I'll disagree on that one. Most of my best friends are girls (taken ones) because I tend to relate to girls better.
