May have came off as a bit judgmental. Regardless, you extended yourself and as a man that ought to be more than enough to get something going. Leave it at the point if/until you hear from him again.

It def. comes off as judgmental especially after he told you how he communicates and you say that you're unsure yourself if you even want to go. Criticize and you don't seem enthused to even go. I don't blame him for pumping the breaks on the trip.Who wants to be stuck with someone for 4 or 5 days and the vibe is funky?
