I'm not sure what your question is though. Some people take their work more seriously, others have jobs that require then to be more alert. And other people are naturally more energetic and can perform well at work regardless of going to sleep at 12, 1 or 3 am every now on then.
You also should account for sex drive, for just how badly she wants you, just how attracted she is to you in the first place and how spontaneous she is as a person.

If you want more regular sex, stop trying so much to achieve it with a girl that quite obviously doesn't want the same thing and achieve it with someone else. Or with multiple someones.
