So today I went raving with my friends. One guy going went all out and got half the girls he approached, while the other guy got it 80% of the time. Now with the afc mindset.... my friends are significantly taller than me 6'2 and 6, while I'm here manlet sized 5'5. The first half of the night I was amping up my vibe and getting instate. Being social to guys around me. And then 11 pm hits and I start approaching.
The first 2 girls I've held them lightly on the shoulder to get their attention and turn around. I held out my hand either in down position or high five. Which I wanted to turn into a spin hug. But they just looked at me and gave me the face and turned around. NOW I DIDN'T TAKE IT PERSONALLY AND SO I LAUGHED IT OFF JUDGING THEIR FACIAL EXPRESSIONS.
Next 2 girls I try opening verbally and physically, pull their arms a little toward me and say "your name, now!". They again, gave me the face and turned around or said no.
The next one I tapped on their shoulders and before I could say anything, she gave me that dirty look and turned around haha. And the last one I hooked with a spin. We made out for a bit and danced. I didn't get her number since I didn't feel much of a connection.
I laughed off all the rejection. Not taking it personally. I wouldnt be too reactive to the girls and brushed it off. I even stood in front or near them and continued raving with my friend like nothing happened.
There was this one orbiter fatass that stood around the girls I approached and told me "no bro".
Overall, I had a amazing night, even though I only had 1 successful approach. I didn't over analyze and think in my head this time. I was free from outcome and approach like I was going to get rejected. I was straight eye to eye contacted, squared to the girl. And deep intense voice. Deorro was the dj and he was amazing!
What can I do to further improve my game? It looks as if they rejected based off of my physical appearance, which Is highly probable.

Everyone is on drugs at raves so I should hope that one doesn't expect smooth perfect approaches to go down in that environment

i dont think rave party's are a good places to approach simply because of drugs,but there is a successful approach and lessons from failures,gj for remaining grounded,i don't think you were rejected based on appearance but rather on incongruity,you said you approached with your name now,that sounds like julien talking,seems to me that you were acting like him and not yourself,and how tall you are,yea makes a difference on some girls,but not all,i had successes with girls that are taller then me,doesn't matter,you did great
