I've been talking to this girl for a while now, been out with her twice and am close to getting a third date. While texting her she called me buddy, am I screwed or just over thinking that?

Depends. Could be since she isn't your girlfriend, she is trying to describe you without showing feelings to her friend. However, if there is no escalation on your dates,then she may view you as a buddy.

Next time she calls you "buddy" whip your dick out and see how she reacts. This only works in person though, if its through text it won't have the same effect. You maybe able to get away with this strategy over the phone if she hears it slapping around with your hand and asks what that sound is, and you tell her if she hangs up you know you're just buddies but if she stays on the phone and asks questions then that's a good sign there still might be a chance.
